We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Attending to customer inquiries in a smart and delightful manner
• Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services
• Responding to both online and on-call customer
• Understanding what it is you're selling to the customer
• Be ready to educate the customer on the services you're providing
• Work Hours: 8 AM - 6 PM ( Can leave if daily tasks are completed before 5 pm) - 5days a weeks based on shifts (including weekends)

Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years work experience.
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to problem solve
• Critical thinking
• Assertive
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Previous experience in a similar role is a huge advantage.

Salary
NGN 40,000 - 50,000 Monthly.

Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Brief

• We are looking for a talented Social media manager to administer our social media accounts. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.
• As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.
• Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals
• Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)

Work Hours:

• 8 AM - 6 PM (3 days physically and 2 two days virtually).

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in Marketing or relevant field
• Must have 1-2 years work experience.
• Proven work experience as a Social media manager
• Hands-on experience in content management
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is a huge advantage.

Salary
NGN 50,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
