• We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organisation.
• The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.

• Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
• Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
• Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
• Develop service procedures, policies and standards
• Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
• Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
• Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment

• Proven working experience as a customer service manager, retail manager or assistant manager
• Experience in providing customer service support
• Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
• Proficiency in English

• Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
• Ability to think strategically and to lead
• Strong client-facing and communication skills

• We are looking for a reliable logistics manager to be responsible for the overall supply chain management. Logistics manager responsibilities include organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods.
• The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce

• We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to plan, direct and coordinate all organization’s operations
• You will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies
• You will manage a team of managers, training managers, and other direct reports.

• Ensure that all workings are manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements
