Ajayi Crowther University, Oyo was founded by the Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion) and licenced by the Federal Republic of Nigeria in January 2005 to operate as a private university. It is located on Oyo-Ogbomoso Road on the site of old St. Andrew’s College, Oyo.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Lecturer II

Role Description

• The Lecturers will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, conducting research, mentoring students, and participating in departmental activities.
• The lecturers will also be expected to contribute to curriculum development, supervise student projects, and maintain a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. Degree in the following options: Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Microbiology, Chemical Pathology, Haematology and Blood Transfusion Science, or Histopathology
• Registration and licensure with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria.
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong commitment to student success and mentorship
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in Medical Laboratory Science
• Experience in teaching at the university level
• Ability to conduct research and publish scholarly work
