Job Title: Legal Adviser / HR Manager

Location: Ipaja, Lagos

Job Description

• Advise on legal and regulatory matters
• Recruitment and selection, performance, benefits and compensation management
• Management of effective Human Resource and Record Management System.
• Work closely with the Finance Department to synchronize employee payroll records
• Advisory and Management of personnel and general office administration.
• Draft legal documents such as contract of sale, deed of assignmentetc.
• Respond to legal correspondence and draft minutes of meetings
• Develop sustainable human resources management strategy/policies
• Strategic Implementation of personnel policies, training and development

Requirements

• LLB, BL with a minimum 3-4 years post call experience
• Sound knowledge of Nigeria labour laws and HR bestpractices
• Prior work experience in the real estate sector will be an added advantage
• Applicants MUST reside within Alimosho, Ipaja and environ.
