Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our production team in the sanitary pads manufacturing industry.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery used in the production process to ensure efficient and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation:

• Operate various types of machinery involved in the production of sanitary pads.
• Set up and adjust machines as necessary for production runs.

Production Efficiency:

• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Assist in setting production goals and improving efficiency on the production line.

Safety Compliance:

• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Attend safety training sessions and report unsafe conditions or practices.

Quality Control:

• Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests on products to identify defects or inconsistencies.

Maintenance:

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Report any mechanical issues or abnormalities to the maintenance team promptly.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years work experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [insert weight limit] as needed.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

• Primarily indoor manufacturing facility with exposure to machinery and production noise.
• Adherence to safety protocols is essential.

Salary
N75,000 - N120,000 monthly.
