Job Title: Manager, Outsourcing

Location: Lagos

Qualifications

• HND, B.Sc / M.Sc in Human Resources / Industrial Relation and relevant disciplines
• Appropriate professional qualifications will be an added advantage

Experiences:

• Upwards of 10 years working experience
• Must have worked in a consulting or HR environment
• Proposal preparation/presentation skill
• HR projects management experience (recruitment, organization review, staff audit, salary survey, etc).
• Extensive experience in managing outsourcing services
• Extensive Business Development skills and experience
