Summary

• We are seeking a visionary Managing Director (MD) with a strong background in Business process outsourcing (BPO) and a proven ability to lead cross-border operations, particularly in partnership with UK-based clients or stakeholders.
• The MD will be responsible for steering the company’s strategic direction, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving sustainable growth.
• This role requires a leader with deep operational insight, a track record of successful outsourcing engagement, and a global outlook on business development and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction in alignment with the Board’s vision and global business objectives.
• Lead and manage the execution of end-to-end operations with a strong focus on outsourcing models, particularly within UK client engagements.
• Build and scale outsourcing partnerships to deliver high-quality services and value to international clients.
• Oversee company-wide operational performance, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.
• Represent the company in high-level negotiations, client interactions, and strategic alliances, both locally and internationally.
• Lead financial and resource planning, ensuring the achievement of revenue and profitability goals.
• Champion the adoption of digital tools and platforms to improve service delivery and operational transparency.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across markets and manage operational risks proactively.
• Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of company operations and client satisfaction.
• Drive operational transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with UK-based partners, ensuring effective communication, compliance, and cultural alignment.
• Mentor and oversee departmental heads, fostering a high-performance and accountable leadership culture.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• A forward-thinking leader who is agile, results-oriented, and has a global mindset.
• The ideal MD should have a strong network, experience handling UK-based accounts, and the confidence to lead a company poised for international growth through outsourcing excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Strong strategic thinking and operational leadership capability.
• Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Minimum of 12 - 15 years of executive-level experience, with strong expertise in outsourcing operations and leadership in multi-national or cross-border environments.
• Proven experience managing client relationships with UK-based companies or within similar global markets.

N1,500,000 - N2,000,000 monthly.
