Miva Open University is an education company building a new kind of university targeted at the African region. Miva, a subsidiary of the uLesson Group, is a Pan-African Distance e-Learning University that is built on a couple of beliefs:

Firstly, we believe that the traditional brick-and-mortar approach to tertiary education is no longer a viable option for serving learners on the African continent. This approach will not provide the capacity and efficacy for the people of the region. Job Description
We seek highly motivated and experienced individuals in any of the courses below to join Miva Open University as part-time faculty to deliver live synchronous lessons, office hours, grading, question curation, and support to students:

• Technology Strategy and Change Management & Business Analytics
• Venture Capital and Private Equity & Family Business Management in Africa
• Public Sector Management & Project Analysis and Evaluation
• Consumer Behaviour and Insights & International Marketing and Sales Management
• Product Planning and Development & Advertising and Digital Marketing
• Corporate Strategy
• Intellectual Property and Commercialization & Tech Innovation and Artificial Intelligence
• Financial Service Products Design & Business Valuation and Corporate Restructuring
• Financial Management in Public Sector & Advanced Strategic Management

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the subject area and possess a Master's or Doctoral Degree in their respective fields.
• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and a passion for fostering student success through effective teaching and course design.
