Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer located in Lagos.
• The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and evaluation of project activities, report writing, data management, and providing technical assistance to project staff.
• The officer will also ensure the implementation of monitoring and evaluation plans, data quality management, and conducting site visits for quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Economics or any related field
• System Monitoring and M&E skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience in using data analysis software such as SPSS or STATA is an added advantage
• Professional certification in Monitoring and Evaluation is an added advantage.
• Report Writing and Analytical Skills
• Data Management skills
• Experience in monitoring and evaluating health, environment, and entrepreneurship projects
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
