Job Title: Music Teacher

Job Summary

• We are seeking a talented and passionate Music Teacher to join our educational institution. The Music Teacher will be responsible for instructing and inspiring students in various aspects of music, including theory, vocal or instrumental performance, music appreciation, and composition.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in music, excellent instructional skills, and a commitment to fostering a love and understanding of music in students.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or a related field.
• A Master's Degree is preferred.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and self-expression.
• Familiarity with music software, digital audio workstations, and other music-related technology.
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for teaching music.
• Teaching Certification or license in Music or Music Education.
• Demonstrated expertise in playing and teaching one or more musical instruments (e.g., piano, guitar, violin, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of music theory, history, and composition.
• Proficiency in vocal coaching and instruction (for vocal-focused positions).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.

Salary
N120,000 - N200,000 monthly
