We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Warehouse and Account Officer Location: Ikogosi, Ekiti Functions & Responsibilities

• Ensure goods are received with supporting document from production floor
• Stack products according to standard stacking height
• Ensure all source documents are updated within 24 hours
• Responsible for the management of company’s fixed asset in the location
• Post all Accounting transactions on Microsoft Navision
• Keep records of all source documents
• Ensure timely reconciliation of inventory stock card with Navision balance
• Organize warehouse space
• Report damaged or missing inventory to Line Manager
• Ensure loading of trucks within 3 hours of arrival in premise,
• Weekly inventory reporting
• Associates must work effectively with team members and be a good team player

Educational Qualification

• Minimum of ND/NCE in any Management or Social Science field;
• Age 20-30years.

Competencies and other Personal Attributes:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must follow all health and safety procedure and regulations
• Must be patient and detailed oriented
• Able to work independently
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Office suite proficiently
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a person with impeccable integrity
• Experience in FMCG industry is an added advantage.

Work Experience:

• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Inventory and Warehouse management capacity.
