Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Site QS)

Location: Guzape, Abuja

Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled, reliable, efficient quantity surveyor. In this position, you will estimate the costs of construction projects, working with contractors, builders, and architects to provide the most cost-effective plans that meet high-quality standards.
  • You must have strong organizational and communication skills in order to manage and direct development plans.

Responsibilities

  • Review architectural plans and prepare quantity needs
  • Estimate the quantity and costs of materials
  • Prepare contracts and documents
  • Set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials
  • Analyze costs for maintenance and additional building needs
  • Track changes in plans or constructions; update budgets
  • Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
  • Identify potential financial or construction risks
  • Advise clients on improvements, strategies, and/or estimated costs
  • Document progress, materials, and reports on the project
  • Advice on property taxes, regulations, and local laws
  • Source maintenance costs and facilities management for clients
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with contractors and subcontractors
  • Utilize software to calculate, record, and track inventory and estimates.
  • Analyze completed projects to determine ROI and compare costs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, construction engineering, management, or related field
  • 3-5 years of general construction estimating experience, financial experience, construction experience, or related field
  • Proven working experience within an ESTATE
  • Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to analyze financial records and apply data to improved results
  • Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports.
  • Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets; strong estimating and financial analysis skills
  • In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry.
  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.

Salary
N80,000 - N90,000 monthly.

 

 

Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for an astute Procurement Officer/ Driver to oversee purchasing activities and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality.
  • The Procurement Officer's responsibilities include maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating supply options, approving purchases, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate suppliers
  • Arrange for transportation of purchased goods
  • Identify and develop strategies for addressing logistical barriers
  • Monitor use of materials and resources, and ensure quality record keeping.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND in accounting, business management or a similar field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar position, preferably in real estate, would be advantageous.
  • Valid Drivers Licence
  • Great negotiation Skills
  • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Job Title: Male Store Manager

Location: Guzape, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are searching for an organized and detail-oriented store manager to manage all of the operations in our client’s storeroom.
  • In this position, you’ll play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of stock, including ordering, receiving, and managing inventory.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
  • Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized
  • Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
  • Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, and labelling supplies
  • Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
  • Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping, preferably in real estate, would be advantageous.
  • Candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Must be organized and punctual.
  • Well-presented and professional.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time

Job Title: Male Personal Assistant to MD

Location: Guzape, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to MD’s working life and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external clients
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Take dictation and minutes
  • Source office supplies
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Devise and maintain office filing system.

Requirements

  • BA / B.Sc qualification
  • 3 years driving experience with a valid Drivers Licence
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

  • Discretion and confidentiality.

Salary
N35,000 - N50,000 monthly.
