We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Quality Assurance Shift Executive Location: Delta Job Description

• Supervises and monitors personnel,processes and products in his shift to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
• Supervise the measuring and testing of equipment in the Physical Lab to ensure that their operation does not compromise quality standards.
• Monitors and control the inspection procedures and the status of the tests so as to continuously maximize their effectiveness.
• Examine and control non-conforming products.
• Monitor all processes so as to ensure compliance to quality control procedures by all related departments.

• At least 3 years experience in similar role
• B.Sc in Industrial Chemistry or related course

• Assists the Quality Assurance Manager.
• Prepares the Duty and Annual leave Roaster.
• Carry out dimensional, visual and squareness check on the Tin Plates/TFS (Tin Free Sheets) on arrival.
• Carry out Viscosity, Solid Content and any other test as may be required on incoming Coating Materials.
• Conduct moisture test, odour test and any other test that may be required on raw materials to ensure compliance.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned.

• 5 years experience in similar role
• B.Sc./HND in Engineering/Sciences
