We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Marketing Executive Location: Mainland, Lagos Job type: Full time Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop marketing strategies in accordance with the company's overall goals and vision.
• Prepare and manage a marketing plan for an intended product.
• Organise events and products exhibitions.
• Be a vital force in the creation and distributions of all varieties of marketing materials.
• Run campaigns across multiple social media platforms.
• Prepare and oversee marketing budgets
• Identify potential markets, analyze and define the audiences.
• Help create and promote the overall brand identity of the company.

• BSc/HND in Estate Management, Marketing and other related discipline
• A minimum of 2 years experience in Real Estate firm or a similar position will be an added advantage.
• Must have proven track record of successful sales
• Must be fluent in English.
