Requirements

• A candidate must complete a three-year training Program in Community Health Extension Work (CHEW) in a recognized health institution.
• Evidence of full registration with the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria (CHPRBON), and
• Evidence of current annual practicing license.
