Job Title: Administrative Manager
Locations: Warri - Delta, Port Harcourt - Rivers and Ondo
Primary Mission & Core Responsibillity
- Mission: Ensure efficient and effective support for all company operations.
- Core: Oversee general administration, facility management, logistics, procurement, and support staff to maintain a productive and compliant work environment.
Qualifications
- HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Management, or Social Sciences.
- 8+ years of experience in office management, facilities, procurement, and administrative operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Candidates must be willing to live and work in the region and travel to other locations.
Job Title: Business Development Manager
Locations: Warri - Delta, Port Harcourt - Rivers and Ondo
Primary Mission & Core Responsibillity
- Mission: Drive market penetration and generate sustainable revenue growth.
- Core: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities and contracts in the Oil &Gas/Energy sector, and manage key client relationships to expand market share.
Qualifications
- HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Management, or Social Sciences.

Job Title: Project Manager
Locations: Warri - Delta, Port Harcourt - Rivers and Ondo
Primary Mission & Core Responsibillity
- Mission: Lead, execute, and deliver complex oil and gas service projects.
- Core: Responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on scope, budget,and schedule while enforcing QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Project Management equivalent certification is mandatory.
- 10+ years of experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects in the Oil & Gas or heavy industry sector.

Job Title: Sales and Sevice Engineer (Instrumentation & Control)
Locations: Warri - Delta, Port Harcourt - Rivers and Ondo
Primary Mission & Core Reponsibilities
- Mission: Drive the sales and technical support of instrumentation and control products.
- Core: Provide technical expertise for client consultations, installation, calibration, and post- sales support for control and instrumentation systems.
Qualifications
- HND/B.Sc. in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Control Engineering.
- 5+ years’ experience in the sales, commissioning, calibration, and service of instrumentation and control systems.

Job Title: Sales and Sevice Engineer (Mechanical)

Primary Mission & Core Reponsibilities
- Mission: Drive the sales and technical support of mechanical equipment and services.
Core: Provide expert technical consultation, oversee the installation/commissioning, and deliver after-sales service and maintenance for mechanical assets (e.g., pumps, compressors).
Qualifications
- HND/B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years’ experience in the sales, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical equipment (e.g., pumps, compressors, turbines) in the Oil & Gas sector.
Job Title: Certified Oil Analyst (Level I & II)
Locations: Warri - Delta, Port Harcourt - Rivers and Ondo
Primary Mission & Core Reponsibility
- Mission: Implement and manage the equipment lubrication and oil analysis program.
- Core: Collect, analyze, and interpret lubricant samples to diagnose equipment health, detect wear, and recommend proactive maintenance actions to maximize asset reliability.
Qualifications
- HND/B.Sc. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related science. Certification as an Oil Analyst (Level I & II) is required.
- 5+ years practical experience in used oil analysis, lubrication management, and predictive maintenance (PdM) techniques.

Job Title: Certified Vibration Analyst (CAT Il I & III)
Locations: Warri - Delta, Port Harcourt - Rivers and Ondo
Primary Mission & Core Reponsibilities
- Mission: Execute the machinery condition monitoring and predictive maintenance (PdM)
program.
- Core: Collect and analyse vibration data on rotating equipment to identify faults, diagnose root
causes, and provide detailed corrective reports to prevent unexpected downtime.
Qualifications
- HND/B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or related field. ISO 18436-2: Certified Vibration Analyst Category II or III is mandatory.
- 5+ years’ experience in vibration analysis, data collection, fault diagnosis, and corrective recommendations on rotating machiner.
- Candidates must be willing to live and work in the region and travel to other locations.
Job Title: Certified Thermographer (Level I & II)
Locations: Warri - Delta, Port Harcourt - Rivers and Ondo
Primary Mission & Core Reponsibility
- Mission: Conduct infrared inspection surveys for electrical and mechanical assets.
Core: Utilize thermal imaging technology to detect anomalies (hot spots), interpret results, and generate reports for timely intervention on high-value equipment.
Qualifications
- HND/B.Sc. in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related technical field or equivalent Certified Thermographer (Level I or II) is mandatory.
- 5+ years’ experience conducting infrared thermography inspections on electrical and mechanical equipment for predictive maintenance purposes.
- Candidates must be willing to live and work in the region and travel to other locations.
Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Locations: Warri - Delta, Port Harcourt - Rivers and Ondo
Primary Mission & Core Responsibillity
- Mission: Provide overall strategic vision, leadership, and direction for the company.
- Core: Accountable to the Board for driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and maintaining corporate governance and stakeholder relations in the Nigerian energy sector.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 15+ years of progressive experience, with at least 5 years in a Senior Executive/Leadership role within the Oil & Gas or Energy Sector.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, financial management, operational excellence, and corporate governance.

Job Title: Corporate Planning and Compliance Officer
Locations: Warri - Delta, Port Harcourt - Rivers and Ondo
Primary Mission & Core Responsibillity

- Core: Develop, implement, and monitor the corporate strategic plan and compliance program to mitigate legal, regulatory, and ethical risks (local and international).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification in compliance, corporate governance, or project management (is an advantage.)
- 10+ years’ experience in corporate planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
