We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations across front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, recreation, and guest services.
• Maintain exceptional service standards to deliver a world-class guest experience.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and service excellence.
• Address guest concerns and operational challenges with diplomacy, firmness, and fairness.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior management to implement strategic business objectives.
• Develop and monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue streams while maintaining brand quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, regulatory requirements, and brand operating standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in hospitality operations, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Previous experience in a premium or luxury hospitality brand is essential.
• Professional certifications in hospitality operations or leadership are an advantage.
