Role Overview

• The Operations Manager at Crescita Solutions will oversee internal workflows, hybrid team efficiency, vendor coordination, and quality assurance across all projects.
• This role requires strong organizational skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to balance people management with process optimization.
• The Operations Manager will serve as the central point of coordination between in-house teams, freelancers, and vendors, ensuring seamless execution of deliverables while upholding Crescita’s standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational workflows to ensure efficiency across hybrid (remote and on-site) teams.
• Coordinate vendor and freelancer activities, ensuring deliverables meet timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Implement tools and systems for project tracking, reporting, and collaboration.
• Work closely with leadership to forecast resource needs and optimize staffing.
• Foster a culture of accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee quality assurance processes, reviewing project outputs for accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in communication, workflow, or resource allocation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management, project coordination, or team leadership.
• Solid understanding of hybrid and remote team dynamics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Background in digital marketing or creative industries is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
