Job Summary

• As an Operations Manager at our organization, you will oversee and coordinate daily operations across various departments to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• You will be responsible for managing resources, optimizing procedures, and driving operational excellence to meet organizational goals and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Evaluate and optimize operational processes to reduce costs and improve service delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and operational staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee inventory management and logistics operations.
• Resolve operational issues and customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with department heads to streamline operations and enhance cross-departmental communication.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage operational budgets and resources effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven experience in operations management or similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
