Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Oluyole, Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced person that is knowledgeable in managing operations, preferably in an e-commerce business .

Basic Job Description

  • Responsible for managing the daily operations of the firm, driving sales, ensuring regulatory compliance,delivering exceptional customer experience and developing a great team.

Key Result Areas

  • Ensuring and monitoring all operationsarecarried out in an appropriate and cost-effective way.
  • Overseeing office/ production expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits.
  • Work with the production manager to ensure timely ordering of raw materials so that we meet the production timeline.
  • Motivate, coach and supervise the team of customer support staff
  • Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention.
  • Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
  • Keep track of inventory and provide accurate inventory reports
