We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Order Processor
Location: Anthony, Lagos

Job Summary

• We have an immediate opening for an Order Processor. In this role, you will review orders, input them into our shipment system, and process the orders to ensure the shipment is fulfilled properly and delivered on time.
• You will collaborate with carriers to coordinate pick-up and delivery, monitor delivery dates, keep track of inventory levels, and order more supplies when necessary. You will also communicate daily with our sales team to update them on the status of client orders.

Responsibilities
You will have the following responsibilities but are not limited to:

• Review daily shipment log
• Input orders into company system
• Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments
• Communicate delivery updates with sales team
• Monitor inventory and order more supplies when necessary
• Create shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries
• Track shipments and update master list

Requirements and Skills

• B.Sc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
• Additional certification (ACA, ICAN) is a plus
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Accountant
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Salary
NGN60,000 monthly.
