We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Payroll Officer - Final Settlements & Benefits

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

• To ensure timely process of final entitlement financial and benefit aspects of employee's departure from the company, ensuring a smooth transition and accurate payout of all entitlement.

Responsibilities

• Processing final salary, bonuses, accrued vacation time, and other eligible payments for exiting employees. 
• Maintain accurate records of all final settlement transactions, including calculations, payments, and benefit terminations.
• Providing clear and timely communication to departing employees regarding their final settlement and benefits, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Ensures all final settlements are processed in accordance with relevant labor laws, company policies, and employment contracts. 
• Working closely with HR department to ensure a seamless and coordinated process for employee departures. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum of two years' experience in HR operations, payroll, or benefits administration.

The Person Must:

• Have a good verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess strong knowledge of air compressors, dryers, air vessels, line filters, and auto drains.
• Demonstrate strong safety awareness and adherence to workplace safety standards.
• Be proficient in maintaining accurate daily operational logs and reports.
