Job Title: Production / Plant Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead operations at our 19-litre bottled water production facility in Ikeja. 
• This is a critical leadership role that requires deep operational knowledge, people management skills, and a passion for excellence in the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, staffing, logistics, and quality control.
• Report directly to the Board and drive the overall growth of the business
• Lead and supervise cross-functional teams.
• Ensure production targets are met and quality standards are upheld
• Develop and implement business growth strategies.
• Ensure production targets (1,000 bottles/day) are met efficiently and safely.
• Oversee regulatory compliance (NAFDAC, SON) and maintain high product quality standards.
• Develop and manage budgets, cost control strategies, and resource planning.
• Supervise and mentor staff across production, admin, and sales functions.
• Report to board/founder and provide operational update.

Requirements

• BSc / HND in Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in water/beverage/FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of production systems, quality management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking abilities.
