Job Title: Program Officer

Job Summary

• The Program Officer will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of community and social development programs, with a focus on ICT and systems support for coordination, data management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation, and monitoring of community development projects.
• Collect, analyze, and manage program data using digital tools.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, community groups, and partners.
• Develop program frameworks, tools, and performance indicators.
• Provide ICT support to program teams (databases, dashboards, communication platforms).
• Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Document and file program activities (digital & physical).
• Monitor field activities and provide timely feedback.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2 - 4 years work experience.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
