Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

• You will be responsible for support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
• The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, field teams, clients, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables using appropriate project management tools.
• Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses, flagging any variances.
• Support quality control and HSE compliance throughout project execution.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain meeting minutes.
• Identify potential risks and work with project managers to develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and distribute regular project status reports and updates.
• Manage project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Coordinate logistics for equipment, materials, and personnel to project sites.
• Assist with procurement processes related to project needs.
