Originally specialised in underwater NDT and inspection of offshore drilling rigs, shipping vessels, platforms and FPSO for classification societies such as ABS, DNV, BV, Lloyds, etc. Since then, we have expanded our services to carry out all types of Offshore and Onshore construction, inspection, salvage, support and maintenance.

Job Title: QHSE Administrator

Location: Lagos

Job Description
We are looking for a #QHSE Administrator to join the Health and Safety Team:

• In this role you will be responsible for the updates and maintenance of the company's quality processes and procedures, ensuring the company maintains its certifications (ISO 9001 & ISM).
• You will also support the administration of onsite health and safety activities, supporting the head of QSHE with internal and external audits.
• The ideal candidate will have experience working in a regulated environment with some exposure to ISO/ISM accreditations/audits, looking to support a department head and become a specialist in your field.

Responsibilities

• Working hand in hand with the QHSE lead, supporting them on audits.
• Update and maintenance of the company's quality processes and procedures.
• Proactively offering solutions and spotting ways to improve processes.
• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the business management systems.
• Supporting other team members; duties are flexible.
• Become an internal QMS auditor, acting as a Quality champion and maintaining scheduled audits.
• All administration related to Health & Safety.
• Accurate collation and maintenance of records.
• Collecting and collating statistical information.
• Conducting internal audits to ensure required standards are met.
• Use of Health and Safety management system.

Requirements

• A Graduate in any Science or Engineering related field with at least a 2.2.
• Proven experience as an administrator in a high-pressure and regulated environment
• Some exposure to Health and Safety and ISO/ISM accreditations.
• Excellent communication.
• Excellent time management.
