United Nigeria Airlines is a wholly owned Nigerian company incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of 1990 at the Corporate Affairs Commission to offer commercial air transportation services under the trade name United Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality & Safety Officer

Location: Nigeria

Reports to: Quality & Safety Manager
Department: Quality & Safety

Job Summary

• The Quality and Safety officer ensures compliance and risk management for United Nigeria Airlines through audits, trainings, hazard identification, and emergency preparedness.   

Duties / Responsibilities

• Carrying out quality audit/ safety inspection using the checklist for the section
• Identify non-conformities and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Liaise with the departmental heads on pending corrective actions.
• Identify hazards and conduct risk assessment.
• Coordinate Safety Action Group (SAG) meetings.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Safety Management System.
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills.
• Review and update applicable manuals to ensure continuous compliance with United Nigeria Airlines standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct quality and safety trainings for employees.

Experience & Qualification

• HND, BSc, in any discipline
• Must be a team player
• Ability to work under pressure.
• 3 years and above working experience
• Honest and hardworking
