Job Description

We need a dynamic, creative, flexible, and experienced team members with a passion for everything technology and a commitment to add their quota to the success of our vision.

Duties

Develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
Monitor debugging process results
Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements and ensure consistent project execution.
Plan, create, and manage the overall quality planning strategy
Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Test current products and identify deficiencies
Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
Develop and monitor performance metrics for all stages of the production process

Qualifications

3+ years experience as QA software engineer.
Familiar with native android and ios development frameworks
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Have a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
A good team player
Good time-management skills
Can take the initiative and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
Dev ops & UI/UX skills is an added advantage
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Hands-on experience with both white box and black-box testing, hands-on experience with automated testing tools
Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development process
Experience with performance and/or security testing
