We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Control Supervisor

Location: Ogun
Job type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise quality control inspectors and ensure adherence to established quality control procedures.
• Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain detailed quality reports, test results, and inspection records for internal and external audits.
• Train and guide QC staff on proper inspection techniques and quality standards.
• Monitor and enforce good manufacturing practices (GMP), HACCP, and ISO requirements.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure raw material quality meets company standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing overall product quality and efficiency.
• Identify and document quality issues, deviations, and defects, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to improve processes and minimize defects.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control/quality assurance, preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce quality standards consistently.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance techniques, statistical process control, and industry regulations.
• Experience with ISO, HACCP, GMP, and other quality management systems.
