Job Title: Real Estate Broker

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position. Assists in the execution of various real estate transactions which includes Sale and Letting, Property Management, Property Development, and Marketing in compliance with company policies and directives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing for properties for sale and to let.
• Participates in the marketing of properties including maintaining good tenant relations, preparing marketing materials, and assisting with written, electronic, and oral presentations to business, industry, community, and government.
• Assists with the preparation of leases, including amendments and renewals, and other real property legal documents for safe and smooth transactions.
• Assists with interpreting and analyzing the property market to provide support for the company property management, and leasing functions.
• Maintains property files and appropriate records of company-owned Real Estate, including property ownership files, deeds, leases, and related documents.
• Performs ongoing market research to provide current information regarding property listings and marketing.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Pleasant and trustworthy
• Ability to drive with valid driver licence
• MS Office familiarity
• At least two years proven working experience as a real estate brokeror real estate salesperson
• Proven track of successful sales record
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills

Salary
N75,000 - N150,000 / Month.
