Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Real Estate Marketer to promote our properties and brand.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns, generating leads, managing client relationships, and boosting sales through both online and offline strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and projects.
• Generate and follow up on qualified leads.
• Plan and execute promotional events, site inspections, and open houses.
• Collaborate with the content and design team for effective property advertising.
• Track and report on marketing performance metrics.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales conversions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
• 2 - 5 years relevant experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve set targets.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media advertising is a plus.
• Proven experience in real estate marketing or related field.
• Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and customer behavior.
