Job Title: Receptionist / Customer Service Representative

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties

  • Ensure a Customer Centric gesture guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g pens, forms, and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception Desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Arrange travel and accommodations and prepare vouchers.
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and transcribing.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Operation Manager.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND with 0-2 years work experience.
  • Candidate must preferably reside within the following locations: Surulere, Yaba, Island.

Salary
NGN40,000 / month.

 

 

Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
  • overseeing the selection and procurement of new stock in the show room.
  • Overseeing the activities in the showroom both sales and customers satisfaction
  • Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
  • Conduct inspections in the showroom.
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
  • Oversee Stock keeping, budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
  • They facilitate maintenance, repair, or replacement of damaged goods/items in the showroom and warehouse.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
  • Support worker communication with the management team.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND qualification with 2 - 4 years work experience.
  • Candidate must preferably reside within the following locations: Surulere, Yaba, Island.

Salary
N60,000 / month

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory / markets potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitiveactivities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Responsible for identifying and driving implementation of opportunities to improve customer experience on a continuous basis, leveraging defined customer journey maps and insights from customer and market feedback.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's Degree / HND in Business or a related field
  • Evidence of work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive businessprofessional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Salary
N50,000 / month.
