We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

 

Job Title: Portfolio Manager / Head of Operations

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and guidance for investment opportunities
  • Create reports on investment performance and activity
  • Manage equity and bond portfolios with the aim of maximizing investment returns
  • Commensurate acceptable levels of risk based on client instructions
  • Handle financial products as required
  • Work together with investment research teams to identify investment opportunities
  • Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders
  • Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts
  • Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
  • Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
  • Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.

Requirement

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in similar role is required.

Job Title: Sales Executive / Director -  Industrial / Commercial & Residential Properties

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Own and exceed annual sales targets.
  • Must have previous experience (minimum of 5 years) in selling properties and working in the Real Estate Sector.
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong,long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Partner with customers to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Effectivelycommunicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree orequivalent
  • Proven sales experience in real estates and properties is a must.
  • Ability to communicate, present andinfluenceall levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
  • Proven ability toposition productsagainst competitors.
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
