Job Title: Human Resource (HR) Executive

Location: Bodija - Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Qualification and Experience
Interested applicant must be:

• A HND / BSc holder in Human Resource Management MSc / MBA in HR will be an added advantage.
• 3- 5yrs Experience as a Human Resource Executive
• And must be computer literate with excellent HR skills.

Requirement - Interested applicant must be highly skilled in:

• Recruitment and selection of excellent staffs,
• Training, mentoring, counselling, and coaching of staffs.
• Using professional skill to mediate and resolve conflicts.
• Developing and driving various policies to enhance staff performance and ensure teamwork are optimized.
• Carrying out staff performance measurement using various tools.
• Creating clear and concise reports to management at all time.
• Resolving conflicts through position and professional mediation.
• Handling workplace Investigation, disciplinary and termination procedures.
• Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
• Sound professional skill in Microsoft office such as words and Excel.

Salary Range
N580,000 to N600,000 / Annum.

Job Title: General Manager

Location: Bodija - Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Qualification and Experience
Interested applicant must be:

• An HND / BSc holder in Management courses. MSc / MBA in Business management and administration will be an added advantage.
• 5-10yrs yrs Experience as a General Manager
• And must have excellent leadership quality and good computer and analytical skills.

Requirements:
Interested applicant must be highly skilled in:

• Overseeing daily business operations and carry out supervisory roles.
• Developing and implementing growth strategies.
• Analyzing accounting and financial data and advising management.
• Use sound computer skills to generate reports and anchor presentations.
• Training and mentoring subordinates.
• Strategic marketing to improve revenue.

Salary Range
N1,080,000 to N1,200,000 per Annum.

Job Title: Information Technology (IT) Executive

Location: Bodija - Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Qualification and Experience
Interested applicant must be:

• A HND / BSc holder in Computer Science professional qualification such as CISCO, MSCSE etc. will be added advantage.
• 3- 5yrs Experience as an Info Tech Executive
• Must have a strong analytical and technical skills.

Requirement - Interested applicant must be highly skilled in:

• Analysis of figure and technical decisions,
• Use of Computer packages and programs
• Resolution of both hardware and software challenges.
• Strong data processing and presentation skills.
• Working and delivering within deadlines.
• Critical and logical thinking.
• Teamwork and collaborative skill
• Sound approach to problem solving.
• Provision of strong technical support to system end users.

Salary Range
N580,000 to N600,000 / Annum.
