Job Title: Sales and Distribution Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

Manage all offline activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales and conversion
Generating sales via offline channels
Develop and implement an offline marketing strategy in order to improve sales of our new product
Work wth the marketing team or manage digital marketers in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition
Approach Supermarkets and Stores to Stock our Nafdac approved product
Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve sales
Oversee or directly manage all distribution channel
Develop a marketing strategy for offline consumers
Report on performance.

Requirements

B.Sc in Marketing, Business Adminstration or any related field
Minimum of 1 year experience on the role
Experience managing marketing, sales and distributiom
Excellent understanding of offline marketing
Strong sales and marketing background
Understanding and experience in sales and ditribution
Minimal Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as ,SEO, Social Media Display and affiliate marketing channels
Understanding of marketing on social media.

Job Title: Production Assistant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

Assist with implementation of food safety and quality during production
Assist with preparation for production
Acting as liaison between production control and manufacturing
Ensuring that all the raw materials are stocked in appropriate quantities
Availing the workers and technicians with required machineries and equipment
Conduct other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

OND in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Food Science Technology or related field
0 - 1 year experience in quality control laboratory procedures and food safety management
Must reside within Ogba, Agidingbi and Ikeja axis.

Job Title: Logistics Manager

Job Description

Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
Arrange catalog goods, plan routes every morning with riders and process shipments
Resolve any arising problems or complaints
Supervise, coach and train ridersworkforce
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
