Job Title: Sales and Distribution Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Manage all offline activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales and conversion
• Generating sales via offline channels
• Develop and implement an offline marketing strategy in order to improve sales of our new product
• Work wth the marketing team or manage digital marketers in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition
• Approach Supermarkets and Stores to Stock our Nafdac approved product
• Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve sales
• Oversee or directly manage all distribution channel
• Develop a marketing strategy for offline consumers
• Report on performance.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Marketing, Business Adminstration or any related field
• Minimum of 1 year experience on the role
• Experience managing marketing, sales and distributiom
• Excellent understanding of offline marketing
• Strong sales and marketing background
• Understanding and experience in sales and ditribution
• Minimal Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as ,SEO, Social Media Display and affiliate marketing channels
• Understanding of marketing on social media.

Job Title: Production Assistant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Assist with implementation of food safety and quality during production
• Assist with preparation for production
• Acting as liaison between production control and manufacturing
• Ensuring that all the raw materials are stocked in appropriate quantities
• Availing the workers and technicians with required machineries and equipment
• Conduct other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• OND in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Food Science Technology or related field
• 0 - 1 year experience in quality control laboratory procedures and food safety management
• Must reside within Ogba, Agidingbi and Ikeja axis.

Job Title: Logistics Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Arrange catalog goods, plan routes every morning with riders and process shipments
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Supervise, coach and train ridersworkforce
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
