Job Title: Transmission Project Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- Plan, Direct and Deploy all Identified Network Projects and Programs to ensure High Speed of Time to Market. This role must guarantee synergy, effective and efficient resource utilization, cost optimization and Return on investments to deliver on Business goals and +1 Network experience.
Requirements
Other requirement of the role include:
- Any university degree in Engineering.
- Professional qualification in Project Management Techniques will be an advantage
- Prior experience on Transmission in a Telecoms environment.
- 6-18 years experience in the Telecom sector
- Over 5 years in deployment of microwave links.
- Experience of managing multiple complex Network projects simultaneously
- Evidence of successful project delivery with wide geographical spread
- Experience in transmission link planning ,deployment and troubleshooting of transmission related issues.

Job Summary
- Reporting into the Head Agile Lab, the Commercial Developer will lead on Application Software development for new initiatives and operations of new and existing applications.
- This is an expert role with the responsibility for maintaining close collaboration with the Commercial Team to ensure Airtel Nigeria is delivering business results.
Requirements
- MSc / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis or a related study.
- 5-7 years of work experience on Digital Services design and delivery.
- Experience in AI, Chatbots, Analytics.
- Certifications on Agile Methodology and ITIL is desirable.
- Experience working in multi-vendor managed service IT operating model.
- Experiencing in redesigning and simplifying the products, services and processes.
Job Title: Project Release Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- OpCo PRM Lead will be responsible for maintaining and supporting all applications, tools and utilities to support OPCO IT business.
- The role is about managing business needs, requirements, mapping to capabilities within the IT domains and delivery of those needs on time and right.
- The holder of this role shall collaborate with HQ-IT Expert in Airtel Africa performing the necessary analysis and design tasks related to the delivery of projects relevant to OPCO IT transformation program.
- The OpCo PRM Lead will be reporting to IT Director at the respective OPCO.
Requirements
- MSc / Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study.
- 7-10 years of work experience on Pre-paid/Post-Paid/Enterprise/VAS/Mobile-Money Application design and delivery.
- Experience working in multi-vendor managed service IT operating model.
- Demonstrated experience in engaging with senior level on resolving and presenting business problems
- Demonstrated experience in delivering large and complex IT projects.
- Experience with Waterfall (PMP/Prince2) and agile development methodologies is preferable.
- Exposure to Telco business is strongly desirable.
Job Title: Revenue Analyst
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- Lead data analytics, reporting and revenue planning for Airtel Business.
- Manage Enterprise performance and ensure alignment to business focus.
- Manage Enterprise business Budget.
Requirements

Job Title: RAN Assurance Engineer
Job Summary:
- Need to maximize the benefits in an MS setup and provide an active real-time oversight to the heart-beat of the Network Operation Centre in the MS Operation environment led to the setting-up of Network Assurance Centre (NAC).
- The Network Assurance will be responsible for analysis of NOC KPIs and drive improvement in the Partner NOC for optimal benefit and provide service assurance
Other requirement of the role include:
- Bachelor of Engineer or B. Tech degree (Electrical/Electronic, Telecommunication or related fields )
- Specialist in RAN Operations (Fault and Configuration Management)
- Vendor Management
- Project Management
- Network Audit and functionality testing
- Business analysis
- Analytical, Statistical and Presentation skills
- Sound MS Excel skill
- Knowledge of RAN and Quality Assurance managements of systems/tools/support systems
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a GSM/Mobile company
- Minimum 4 years hands-on RAN Operations & Maintenance experience in Telecom
- Minimum 2 Vendor Management experience

Job Title: Retail Showroom Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- Implement and Monitor Service Delivery strategy in assigned showroom to ensure that Customer base within this territory enjoy remarkable positive in-store experience at all contacts with complete query resolution.
Requirements

Job Summary:
- Ensure that set media objectives are achieved via in-depth understanding and application of scientific, creative media strategy development and implementation.
- The Senior Media Manager should set the parameters for measuring media planning and buying based on the realities of the market and media environment.
Other requirement of the role include:
- M.Sc would be preferred additional qualification dependent on experience.
- 10- 1 5 years media planning and buying experience from Media Independents Practitioners Association of Nigeria (MIPAN) agency and involved in managing a multinational account.

Other requirement of the role include:
- Good degree in Law, Economics or Engineering. Preferably a Law Degree
- Masters in Business Administration or a higher degree in any of the above disciplines would be preferred additional qualification.
- 6years of varied experience in law, engineering or economics with ~4 years of relevant experience in Telecommunications field
- Sound understanding and knowledge of Regulatory environment.
- Extensive knowledge of Nigerian telecom, business environment.
- Previous employment with Nigerian Communications Commission
