• The role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in banking or finance are a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Experience in relationship management and business development
• Knowledge of banking products and services
