Job Title: Relationship Manager

Location: Yaba, Lagos with Remote work option

Job Description

• We are looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects
• You will onboard new customer in order to boost revenue growth, customer acquisition and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, email, networking, in person and social media
• Managing the sales process from start to finish.
• Building and maintaining a CRM database.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Participating in sales team meetings.
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
• Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports

Qualifications

• Minimum academic qualification of a Degree in Sales, Business or related field
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, CRM, and sales software programs.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in sales especially with small businesses will be beneficial
• Access to a large pool of small business contacts is an added advantage
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

• Salary: N75, 000 - N250, 000 monthly with bonus for exceeding sales target.
