We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Retail Banking Officer

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and manage SME accounts.
• Ensure full recovery of disbursed funds and maintain a low PAR.
• Generate revenue through new accounts and key account management.
• Review loan applications from SME clients for accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee loan documentation to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a hybrid model (primarily field-based).
• Minimum educational qualification: SSCE (O'level).

Salary and Benefits

• Potential to earn up to N500,000 or more in both base pay and commission.
• Opportunity to transition to full staff status after 3 months of consistent high performance.
