Sales Associate at Ropay

Ropay is payroll payroll management software for SMEs and Freelancers across Africa. At Ropay, we are building technologies that will shape how payroll and payment will be made? How are we building this? We are making use of AWS Cloud solutions to build out our technology stack. From Elastic Beanstalk to AWS serverless applications, we make use of them to build our technology.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 2 - 4 years work experience.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive preferably for a software company
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
