Requirements

• A basic knowledge or Degree in the field of Architecture or Survey
• Having a Real Estate Development experience is an added advantage
• Must have multi level marketing idea of sales through human capacity development
• Must be able to drive sales force to achieve sales goals
• Marketing Manager
• Must have field marketing experience in insurance, multi level network marketing, banking & finance
• Must be able to create a marketing system that recruits, train, develop and inspire marketers to achieve maximum result
• Must be willing to do industry research of how other leading players develop their module of business.
