• Generate and manage leads from the related market segments
• Management of customer-to-company relationship
• Run delivery errands of products/equipment within related territory
• Professionally follow on-going projects in the related market segments
• Manage customer complaints and requests in the field
• Collate, build and manage sales performance reports and plans
• Manage a team based on needs and requirements

• Work experience in related fields - Customer service + Sales management, etc
• Ability to drive with valid drivers’ license and knowledge of Lagos roads and environs

• Computer literacy and proficient use of ‘Microsoft Office’ Tools - Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
• Ability to understand and maneuver through basic mathematical and accounting calculations
• Ability to intelligently engage customers in effective and quality discussions.
• Good listening and communication skills
