We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: the General Manager

Responsibilities

• The Successful candidates would be responsible for overseeing various activities that lead up to the purchase and sales of properties.
• Assist in overseeing the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services.
• Meet with clients and prospects interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
• The role also includes coordinating property deals' closing to ensure that vital documents are signed and payment received.
• Facilitate arrangements to give buyers the view of a property before concluding a sales deal.
• Prepare and file monthly sales reports.
• Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
• Real estate sales executives oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications
• At least 3 years of work experience.
