Law and Visas is an Immigration Law Firm based in Lagos Nigeria. The firm has been operating in Nigeria for 10 years. We are a leading firm in Immigration Services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing new enquiries, engaging prospective clients, understanding their immigration needs, and converting leads into successful sales.
  • You will also follow up on existing leads, maintain strong communication, and provide clients with accurate information about our services.
  • The ideal candidate is energetic, persuasive, and result-driven.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Conversion:

  • Handle incoming enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
  • Convert leads into paying clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Understand clients’ needs and provide accurate information about visa services.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and track performance.

Sales & Marketing Support:

  • Prepare sales offers, service breakdowns, and follow-up messages.
  • Support marketing campaigns by providing feedback and insights.
  • Contribute to online and offline promotional efforts when required.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Keep accurate records of client conversations and sales progress.
  • Provide weekly reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Update CRM/lead-tracking systems daily.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain professional communication with clients at every stage.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships to increase referrals and repeat clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or telesales.
  • Strong follow-up skills and the ability to close deals.
  • Energetic, confident, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain detailed information clearly.
