Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our lubricant sales team, develop strategic market plans, and grow revenue across multiple sectors.
This is a leadership role with a strong focus on performance, strategy, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in automotive, industrial, and commercial lubricant segments.
Manage and mentor a team of Sales Representatives; monitor performance and provide coaching.
Analyze sales data and KPIs to optimize regional and channel performance.
Oversee product positioning and coordinate with marketing for promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance to ensure delivery and profitability goals are met.
Ensure the sales team stays updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Identify new market opportunities and key accounts.
Build and maintain high-level relationships with distributors, OEMs, fleet operators, and industrial customers.
Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and sales planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of lubricant applications and client requirements in industrial and automotive sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the lubricant, petrochemical, or automotive aftermarket industry.
Proven leadership experience with a track record of hitting/exceeding targets.
