We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: School Guidance Counselor

Location: Jakande, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Listen to students' concerns, help them process problems, and develop action plans to address academic, social, or emotional issues.
• Develop and implement programs focused on topics like drug and alcohol prevention or peer counseling.
• Maintain student records and track progress.
• Respond to and manage crisis situations involving students.
• Assist with course selection, college and scholarship applications, and career planning.
• Help students manage stress, develop coping mechanisms, and foster positive relationships.
• Mediate disputes between students and teachers or peers.
• Work with parents, teachers, and other school staff to create a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a B.A, B.Ed, B.Sc, PGDE Degree with 4 years experience.

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 / Month.
