Job Description

• We integrate the supply chain with advanced technology to enhance industry efficiency and improve pharmaceutical supply.
• With the model of "direct sales by pharmaceutical companies - intelligent sourcing - pre-positioned distribution warehouses", we are leading the digital transformation of pharmaceutical distribution in Africa.
• We are looking for a creative and skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our dynamic Team, someone who is skilled at building scalable, high-performance systems for digital Products.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend architectures for high-traffic e-commerce systems.
• Lead implementation of critical modules including order processing, inventory management, payment gateways, and user services.
• Implement robust security measures for payment processing and user data protection.
• Drive adoption of best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environment.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in e-commerce solutions.
• Conduct user research, user testing, and iterate designs based on feedback to ensure Optimal user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, product) to define technical requirements.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Master's Degree.
• 5+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis, and message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Ability to work onsite with a collaborative team in Ikeja.
• Mastery of Java/Go (Spring Boot/flamingo-commerce) with RESTful API design.
• Proven experience in building e-commerce platforms or similar high-scale systems.
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git), REST APIs, and modern build tools.

Salary
N500,000 - N900,000 monthly.
