Job Title: Senior Frontend Developer

Position Overview

• We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in building dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly web applications.
• The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting seamless user experiences, writing clean and efficient code, and mentoring team members to achieve technical excellence.
• In this role, you will take ownership of the front-end development process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the overall success of our digital products.

Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development:

• Develop and maintain highly responsive, user-centric web applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern frontend frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.

UI/UX Collaboration:

• Work closely with designers to ensure the seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and provide feedback to improve the overall user experience.
• Translate design mockups and wireframes into high-quality code.

Technical Leadership:

• Lead and participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards.
• Mentor junior developers, fostering growth and technical expertise within the team.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure adherence to best practices.

Testing and Debugging:

• Ensure the reliability of applications through rigorous testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end).
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues across various browsers and devices.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases for enhanced performance and maintainability.

Collaboration and Innovation:

• Work with backend developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align technical implementation with business goals.
• Stay updated on the latest front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
• Propose and implement innovative solutions to technical challenges.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
• Knowledge of frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite, or Parcel).
• Solid understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex, or Context API).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript and Next.js/Nuxt.js frameworks.
• Experience with testing tools like Jest, Cypress, or Enzyme.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with CSS-in-JS solutions or preprocessors like Sass/Less.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and best practices.
