About the Role

We are seeking for a Senior Lecturer for MBA Courses.
To complement our existing areas of expertise, we are looking to appoint a Lecturer in International Business.
We are seeking an ambitious academic who can make an excellent contribution to the continued strategic development of the Department, Faculty andinstituteby delivering a high-quality student experience.
The appointed person is expected to have an in-depth understanding of International Business with a specialisminthe followingarea:
- Business analytics, data analytics and decision making
- Business sustainability, ethics and social responsibility
- Future decision making and management science.

Minimum Qualifications

PhD, DSC, DBA or other Doctoral Degree with 5 years experience in an Academic institution including 2 years in a similar position.
Experience in managing overseas programsishighly desirable
An in-depth understanding of the subject area, including recent developments in the field.
Evidence of excellent teaching ability at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels.
Ability to superviseMastersstudents.
Understanding of academic institutions best practices and standards
Knowledge of academic environment and structure would be beneficial and desirable.
Ability to coordinate afully integrated communication program including email, social media, website, newsletter, and other methods as necessary.
Skills incontent development and utilization towards effective digital marketing and student recruitment
Ability to track performance measures to assess program success.
Evidence of excellent teaching ability at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels.
Publications, or the demonstratable ability to publish in, leading international-business and management journals.
Experience in successfully developing and evaluating a multi-layered endeavor in an Academic institution, business, or departments with many constituents and competing priorities, with limited resources.
Strong analytic, effective communication, problem-solving, decision-making and organizational skills
Exceptional relational skills as well as the ability to partner effectively both internally and externally
