Senior Product Manager at SecureID Limited

SecureID Limited is a smart card manufacturing and personalisation bureau with expertise in the deployment and integration of digital solutions. Historically, we are positioned as the first commercially operated smart card manufacturing plant in sub-Saharan Africa with the ability to manufacture Poly-carbonate Cards amongst other card types.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Location: Oshodi - Isolo, Lagos

Role Responsibilities

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with development leads to ensure product requirements are well understood and feasible.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to coordinate successful product launches and updates.

Product Lifecycle Management:

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to delivery and beyond.
• Use project management tools and adhere to AGILE or other relevant software development methodologies.

Customer Support & Training:

• Provide product training and technical expertise to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Respond to product-related inquiries and provide insights for customer support and sales enablement.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences.
• Research competitors’ products and services to identify differentiation opportunities.

Product Innovation & Improvement:

• Explore innovative ways to enhance existing products and services.
• Identify and present new product ideas and features based on market needs and business goals.

Educational & Professional Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or related roles in a tech or software-driven environment.
• Proficient with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Strong understanding of market research, user experience, and agile development practices.
